It’s simple: Look for the "Store Pickup" option on the item you're wanting to order and choose your preferred location. Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup. That’s all there is to it!

In-store pickup is available on most items at the selected location. All items are available for shipping.

No. In-store pickup is free.

Once the selected location has finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is available for pickup. We will reach out to schedule an in-store pickup time that's convenient for you.

If the item(s) on your order require sizing, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please contact the selected location to confirm your pickup date.

We will hold your order for 4 days after sending confirmation your order is ready. If the order is not picked up in that time, your money will be refunded and your order cancelled.

You should come prepared with a valid photo ID, form of payment used, and order number. You will be required to sign for your order upon pick up.

Yes, you can designate someone else to pick up the order during checkout.

There is a $24.95 charge for same-day delivery.

In order to qualify for same-day delivery, items must be available within 20 miles of your delivery zip code.

Certain items do not qualify for same-day delivery:

  • Rings other than a women's stock size 7 and men's stock size 10

  • Personalized and engraved items

  • Online exclusives

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you'll receive communication via email and text message with more specific information.

Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) may not arrive until the following day.

All items using the store pickup option will fall under our 30 days return policy. You can make a return at your local store or call 1-800-435-9237 to initiate an online return and/or cancelation of a transaction. We cannot make curbside returns.

If you're picking up in-store, you can purchase additional items.

In order to change the pickup location, you must cancel your order by calling the original store or 1-800-435-9237. Then you must replace your order via online checkout or 1-800-435-9237.
