Clare was such a blessing and easy to work with. From picking out rings to officiating the wedding, she was a dream. She was accommodating for hours on end as we made our decisions and even helped us out when we spoke about finding an officiant for our big day. Prior to the wedding she walked us through everything every step of the way. On the wedding day, she came to the event on time and even dressed in theme! She was extremely pleasant even in the midst of an heat wave and made the process of signing the paperwork after so simple. Thank you for being a part of our day!

While I did not purchase my wedding ring set from this particular location, I visit this location twice a year to get my ring inspected (for free!). Everyone is always friendly. I recently had a diamond fall out of my ring and brought it in for repairs. When I picked my ring up, Cheryl the store manager, was so kind and caring. She took me in the back room to show me what my ring looked like under the scope to really see the repairs! Thanks, Cheryl!

We went into this store today browsing for engagement rings and were helped by Addie Sutton who was an absolute gem (pun intended)!! While we weren’t ready to purchase just yet, her enthusiasm, attentiveness, knowledge of the products, and overall willingness to walk us through all the options and create a fun experience for us was so amazing that we will definitely be coming back to purchase our ring from Helzberg due to the fantastic customer service!
