If you’re my girlfriend stop reading this!!! But I had the most amazing experience at Helzberg. They have beautiful jewelry, including the ring I ended up buying. Even better was their customer service. I was blown away by how helpful and attentive they were when my girlfriend and I needed help getting sized and looking at rings. Huge shoutout to Taylor, who explained the features of all the rings we liked and helped us find options that we loved. She also worked to talk about us and our relationship in terms we identified with, which made me feel so welcome and seen. When I came back to buy my girlfriend’s ring, the entire staff was so friendly. The manager even made it so I could afford the lifetime care deal, which is one of the nicest things he could’ve done for me. Overall the people at this shop are kind and knowledgeable. If you have any jewelry related concerns or questions they would be able to help you find an answer quickly and efficiently. They made sure to ask me about my plans with the ring and were so enthusiastic about them. I just want to say thank you for giving me such a happy life experience. I wish everyone here the very best!

This team is absolutely amazing. We worked with Kate who just immediately walked up and welcomed all of us, including the FOUR kids with us. She helped with our wish lists and was so attentive! I honestly cannot say enough about her, the manager Brenda, and the rest of the team. Every worker in there is friendly and attentive. Thank you, everyone! You are the BEST! I won't be going to anyone else!!

Amazing thing about our experience is that we received our special order wedding rings, 4 days after placing order. They guaranteed them the following week, compared to other jewerlers, from 3-8 weeks! This was a happy time, but alittle bit of pressure, since we were planning to elope! Our nonpressure sales experience with Kate and assistant manager, Megan, were professional and fun, as they shared in our joy. Thankful we landed on this place!
