Oh my!! How happy I was to get my rings back after I had them resized and soldered together. They were done precisely to my request! They also were so clean and sparkly, it took my breathe away!! I wish I could give Helzberg Diamonds more stars than five because they did a fantastic job putting together the exact set of rings we had hoped for. Our sales lady (Rhonda) was so sweet and patient with us as we wanted something I had not seen, but helped us create. My fiancé is a retired police officer, so I wanted the band to form the "thin blue line" once the wedding bands were wrapped around the engagement ring. I was able to pick the exact color sapphires and diamond I wanted, and Rhonda helped us make sure the ring was perfect for our upcoming wedding day, and she nailed it!! My only regret here on this review is that my photographs do not do the ring justice: the blue color of the sapphires is much more brilliant and beautiful than what I struggle to capture in these photographs, but unfortunately, it's the best I could do. I am excited to write this review for the store because if anyone ever asks me, I wouldn't recommend anyone else!! Helzberg will forever be my "go-to" store for jewelry from now on. Bravo!!

My husband and I recently got married and visited the Crystal Lake store to browse the diamond sale. David and Leslie rolled out the red carpet treatment and spent literally hours showing us pieces, sharing their expert opinions (which differed from each other from time to time 😁) and ultimately led to us finding the most perfect wedding bands to suit our taste and personalities! We couldn’t be happier with the service and our lifelong purchase!! Can’t wait to get our rings!!
