I had a great time working with Beth and Ryan to find the right ring for me and my fiancé. I went in looking for a wedding band, months after my fiancé bought my engagement ring from the same company. They were quick to help, friendly and works with my within my preference. I walked out the same day with a wedding band for my fiancé that I was happy with.

I picked out an engagement ring for my fiancé and we needed to make some changes, so I called Helzberg diamonds, and Ryan answered. He told me and my fiancé to come on in and that he'd help us out. We were a little nervous but when he got there Ryan was extremely helpful and accomodating to make the changes we needed to make it the perfect ring, they were really busy and he still took his time with us to help us out and make sure we were happy with our ring, thanks to Ryan and Latanya my fiancé has the perfect ring, and she's absolutely in love with it. We will be back for our wedding bands at this location for sure. I highly recommend Helzberg Diamonds at West County Mall and ask for Ryan. You won't be disappointed.

I took a lot of time to figure out exactly what I wanted and she was patient and helpful throughout the whole process!
