Incredible customer service. All the sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I purchased a ring a couple months ago. The process was seamless. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out of the ring recently. We took the ring back in the store. They were extremely helpful and resolved the problem. 10/10 recommend Helzberg. Particularly the Tuttle mall location.

I have had the best experience with Helzberg, their staff is so friendly and they create a fun environment. I accidentally broke my engagement ring and they helped me through the whole process and made it easy. The jeweler they use did an amazing job on the ring and took his time to perfect it. I got the ring back in a timely manner, he made it and didn’t like the way it looked so he took an extra week to make it better. The staff at Helzberg communicates with you as well to let you know the status of your jewelry often.

All of the staff at Tuttle Crossing Location are Absolutely AMAZING. They really work great with the customers. My daughter engagement ring broke, they was so caring to her wants for her ring. Since they no longer made that ring, the jeweler designed her a new one. When we picked it up we was so surprised by his work it looked even more beautiful than the first time. Thank you all for making my daughters day
