⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Mary and her team enough! She assisted my fiancé in picking out my engagement ring, and it's truly a show stopper—absolutely beautiful! Mary went above and beyond, even helping me with resizing. Whenever I'm in the mall, I make it a point to stop by for a ring cleaning, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. What stands out the most is Mary's knowledge and understanding that buying jewelry is a special moment for people, something that many jewelry brands overlook. I live in lacrosse Wisconsin and for the longest time the helzburg store in lacrosse was my store to have my rings looked at. The pandemic hit and was not able to get my rings inspected and then the store closed. For four years I wasn’t able to get my rings inspected nor could I wear them cause they were too small for me. We took the trip to eau Clair and helzberg was in the Oakwood mall. They were so sweet and kind and was eager to work with me and understood my situation. They took all four of my rings inspected them all and sent them out to be resized. Originally they weren’t supposed to be back till after Christmas. I received a text message Friday telling me they were ready. I was shocked to hear how fast they worked to get all my rings back to me before Christmas. They even have me back on schedule for inspections again with out any issues. Thank you helzburg diamonds.
