I really enjoyed my experience with Claire today. I was looking for a new chain for my husband’s pendant necklace for our anniversary. I was greeted before the door closed behind me. I don’t know why I feel like because of how I look (young and tattooed) that no one would take me seriously or care about my small purchase, but I felt like I wasn’t judged at all, I wasn’t pressured into making bigger purchases, I was shown many options. She moved the pendant from the old chain to the new one, and polished it for me, along with my own wedding ring, which was a nice bonus. She boxed it up in a nice case and she was very nice and personable. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I would definitely bring my business here again.

Sherry is awesome! She has done all of our ear piercings and she's precise and patient and so friendly! Highly recommend! And the piercing is free with the purchase of the earrings!

We recently took our wedding rings in to Helzberg Diamonds (Town Center) to have them cleaned. When Ashley returned them, they literally sparkled! Manager Andy then showed us some of the beautiful jewelry displayed throughout the store. He pointed out the darling stuffed animals that customers could either purchase for gifts or to donate for children in the hospital. As we circled throughout the displays, we caught sight of an exquisite gold cross with a beautiful chain that echoed the gleam of the cross. Santa (my husband) then purchased that gold cross and chain for my Christmas present!! Katie, another staff member, entered all our current and former jewelry information (from our paper forms) into their database. The management, staff, and inventory of fantastic jewelry is an extravaganza not to be missed!!

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in to the moment we walked out we had an incredible experience thanks to Sherry and Susan!!! Not once did I feel they had any other intent but to help us find my dream ring within our budget. I went back the next day to look at more wedding bands and they both were so willing and helpful with helping me find the best band within our budget. The ability to look at the bands online with an expert in the Diamond Room was so nice!! I asked so many questions and they were so patient and answered each question I had but also shared their ideas and thoughts on styles and shapes and sizes. I would recommend Helzberg Diamonds to any of my friends and family for any jewelry!! Thank you Susan and Sherry!! I will definitely be back in the future!!

Truly cannot say enough about the staff! Andy, Ashley, Sherry, and others were more than helpful with my needs! I had waited until the last minute and was worried about my lack of time management.
