My husband and I stopped by to get my ring and necklace to be cleaned. Did not expect anything and while looking at rings one caught my eye and Lourdes immediately assisted me to try it on just to try on. She then told us about the buyback program and just so happened our 8 yrs wedding anniversary is in a few days. Fast frwd Lourdes and Carla assisted us with this transaction and were very helpful, not pushy, not demanding, and best part is that worked together patiently with us. Lourdes itemized all 3 of my rings printed receipts for visual explanation so we can see how my rings are going to be credited towards a new ring. The receipt helped because it shows what was bought how much each rings were and good thing it was done this way because paper trail helps if there is some confusion or transaction gone bad or miscomputed. Sure enough there were some confusions, and I am very pleased that Lourdes had paper trail otherwise my husband will cancel the trade and just be happy with what I already have. Lourdes patiently looked and carefully made sure everything was done correctly and no mistakes. Thank you, Lourdes, for communicating everything and being transparent with us! Carla, thank you for the fast turnaround of getting my ring sized and your professionalism highly appreciated. Bought Lourdes and Carla worked diligently with professionalism, patience, and not very pushy. I appreciated them both and if anyone needs helps I'd recommend Lourdes and Carla.
