5 Stars! For my first time purchasing an engagement ring it was a SUCCESS! I wouldn’t have been able to find this ring without Sales Associate Kelly Yang. She was very helpful and she had great energy. I described what I was looking for and she knew exactly what rings to show me. She wasn’t going through the motion with her help. I love my 2.01 ct diamond engagement ring recommended by Kelly. It took several weeks to decide due to my personal taste, but she helped me to find a perfect diamond by searching all of the branches through the system. Also, I could compare 3 different diamonds before I made a decision. Plus, she provided me with a brief diamond instructional session, which helped me to understand the different types, sizes, and grades of diamonds.
