Barbara Wagner Neese, Sales Associate and other staff went above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I had been hunting for days for. I didn’t realize finding such a simple piece would be so difficult and I had just about given up when I walked into Helzberg Diamonds at the Superstition mall. I told Barbara what I was trying to find and she immediately took action. The chain was in store but the charm and the engraving had to be a special order. We were pressed for time and leaving for our trip very soon but once again, she stepped right up to ensure it would arrive in time. I know my purchase was on the small scale side in comparison to all of the big beautiful diamonds sold in there however that didn’t stop the staff from treating me the same as if I was purchasing a yacht master Rolex. I am also very happy with the way the charm came out and I can’t wait to gift it to my special friend. You now have a permanent customer and I will be back for future jewelry needs. I came into this store last year and bought an engagement ring and looked at the wedding band that would go with it. This year we are getting married and I chose my wedding band and my finances. The staff were very helpful throughout the procedure of looking and choosing a ring for us. There was no pressure from anyone on staff to buy from them. Very pleasant attitudes on all the sale people. Will buy from them again as the need arises

What more can I say! Paula and Stephanie were so instrumental in helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! Trying to find a ring to match my existing 5 stone diamond ring was going to be a challenge. They suggested enhancers…. Which lead me to thinkIng outside of the box and go with two matching diamond bands on either side of mine! I will have them soldered together. Truly a wonderful experience!
