I reluctantly took a family heirloom to be fixed here. I thought that because it was in a mall, that it wouldn’t be good enough. Boy was I wrong!!!! My daughter got her engagement ring here, and had an GREAT experience here… she encouraged me to use them. They made me feel 100% comfortable with trusting them with my ring. When I picked up my ring , the gentleman that brought it out to me… gasped when he saw it! š I knew from his reaction that it was stunning. They did a beautiful job and I will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs. The staff is super friendly and helpful … I can’t say enough good things! What a great experience it was. I have been Shopping for an engagement ring for some time and came into Helzberg and was greeted by a fellow named Danny. Me not knowing a ton on diamonds I had told him some parameters I needed to stick by price etc. First he explained everything I needed to know about diamonds and settings then brought me into a Room and showed me two diamonds he thought might work and explained each one. I was impressed not only by the diamonds but by the service I was provided by this fine fellow. I left there with a diamond and in a great setting, they had the ring completed very quickly and she said yes! Thank you Danny and Helzberg Diamonds!!

Alicia from Ridgedale Helzberg diamonds was assisting my son Kyle with the purchase of a natural diamond engagement ring. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional, she took all the time needed to explain the qualities of a diamond to him, he was able to see them under a microscope. He ordered one and then stepped it up to a larger size. She instilled a confidence in her ability, knowledge, patience and delivery. Not pushy, very knowledgeable. Asked perfect questions to guide us and get us to the right decision.
