I walked in to the Moore location to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I spotted this necklace that had a great meaning to me. I explained to them that my daughter had just passed away and she would always tell me “I love you more” when I told her I loved her. The original chain it came on was hard to get on and off so they suggested a magnet clasp for convenience. I also told them how nice it would be to have this necklace combined with 2 other keepsakes that had been gifted to me. A heart with her beautiful picture in it and her precious fingerprint . The jeweler places 2 silver balls on each side so I could wear them all together. Thank you Helzberg for taking the time to make this keepsake much more treasured!

My experience with Helzberg in Moore was incredible. The store manager Tammy took personal care in prioritizing our order and making sure that we got our wedding bands in time before the wedding and sized correctly. She communicated with me to keep me updated throughout the process, and was incredibly friendly. Would 100% use them again for future jewelry purchases.
