My family and I made an impromptu visit to Hauser’s while passing through the area. My daughter and I purchased matching “permanent” anklets. Paige was very welcoming and great with helping keep our youngest entertained while we shopped and Caroline did a great job with our anklets!

No matter when we show up with or without calling ahead this store has been so amazing to my whole family! Ed is the main person I like to shop with and he treats my entire family so kindly! He has helped us with various rings and bracelets and necklaces and he is always soo helpful! This jeweler is truly a step above the rest in the manner in which they treat their clientele! Thank you for another great experience! See you before Christmas!!!

This is my favorite place. Fair priced work done quickly and with tremendous care. I've had stones replaced, jewelery resized, and a custom ring created from scratch here. Also got an upgraded wedding band from their estate case! Caroline is my go-to lady for help. 5/5 stars for her as well as the store.

My sister and I came to Hauser’s to get permanent bracelets together. Caroline is the one who helped us pick out the bracelets and charms. She took sure great care of us and did a great job explaining the process, at home maintenance and care, and placing the bracelets. The store is absolutely beautiful! I love the variety of collections and price budgets they have. I will for sure be going back!

I got my ring resized from a 10.5 to an 8 and it is BEAUTIFUL! paige was my helper, and she knew exactly all the scripts for all the cases when I was asking about the jewelry while perusing. she was really sweet and made me feel like a person instead of a wallet. The owner is also wonderful! He was really nice and introduced himself while I was there. Will be coming back for all my repair/purchasing needs!
