The staff was warm and friendly towards my mom, the location did not have what she wanted in the store. However, they were able to order it. The Moore location did not think to place the order and to be honest I wish they did. However, this location was very accommodating and I'm glad that my mother was satisfied with the service and ordering the ring she wanted. We stopped in today to look for a wedding ring and were immediately helped by Berrin and Sarah. They right away asked us what we wanted and what she was looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable of their collection and very helpful in the process. Their customer service far out weighted any other competitor jeweler. After thinking we should look around some more we were drawn back to the beautiful collection and the pleasant experience at Helzberg Diamonds and made our purchase.
