Sharing my amazing experience today at Helzburg Diamond store at south hills mall. I came in to shorten my tennis bracelet and left with my dream diamond earrings. The sales were so good šŸ˜Š I had to get something and thanks to Alexis I found the perfect diamond earrings. The lovely and knowledgeable Alexis helped me. She is an expert in everything jewelry and made my whole shopping experience fun. She was so patient and helpful showing me all different styles that I might like. Once I knew what I wanted she took her time explaining the lifetime care plan and how important it was. The offered me water and made me feel special which made the experience more memorable. This was my first time purchasing diamond earrings and I’m thankful I had Alexis to help me make the best decision.
