Ruby and Melissa helped us with multiple watches that needed maintenance and battery replacements. They were very welcoming, helpful and very quick. I had my watches fixed right away and they were very affordable. I will be bringing all my jewelry here in the future and I will be back to look at some of their amazing pieces.

Adrianna at Helzberg in Reno brought my to-be fiancée’s ring vision to life. She spent hours with us going out of her way to exhaust all resources to ensure that she was happy and 100% with her ring decision. We spent some time in the Diamond room where she educated us on clarity, color, and answered all of our diamond questions. After establishing my girlfriend’s style she went all across the store and even called another location to request rings that perfectly fit her style. Would recommend to anyone new to the experience they made us feel super comfortable and the experience fun.
