I had a great experience having my special diamond set in the ring I purchased from Helzburg. Damien was wonderful so was the manager, Lena and the jeweler Alan. This diamond was priceless as it was made from the ashes of my father. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect. Cannot thank them enough. I will treasure this forever!

Came to Helzberg in Taylor to search for an engagement ring where I met with Damien Ceraulo who went above and beyond to assist me in picking out and creating the perfect ring for my special someone. All I can say is that this Helzberg Diamonds is a professional outfit... I had a custom order that I usually only trust Chris at Diamond Bank DTLA to do because I don't do off-the-shelf. Under the circumstances, I needed it now, and Heather saw what I was looking to do and immediately took me to Albert, their master jeweler. I described what I wanted, and before I could finish, we were setting the 3.4ct Asscher cut stone, pricing molds, and a week later, voila! My custom 1 of 1 Tiffany ring... Don't hesitate to trust your special moment to Helzberg.
