Bill and Annie were very friendly and helpful in helping me order a custom ring. I did have to wait around 15 minutes, but they saw I was there and got to me as quick as they could. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a custom engagement ring to go to Helzberg Diamonds because the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful to make the process of selecting all kinds of custom features as smooth as possible.

Cindy, Annie & Cassie are absolutely amazing! When we came in my fiancé and I was definitely intimidated because we never in a million years thought we could afford anything from Helzburgs.
