Tanner was great but the two women that helped with the final purchase were not. They didn't want to honor the price Tanner had quoted they didnt give the paper work that was to come with the ring either. Tanner was absent the day the ring was picked up.

Have always had great service but the website for the hanes mall location says they open at 10am on Saturday but they don't open until 11am. It would be nice if this could be updated as I arrived just after 10am and had to wait.
