As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kat who spent my entire visit being attentive to what I was looking for. This was already the most important part because we had just been across at Kay and not one employee talked to us so we decided to check out Helzberg and thank goodness we did. Aside from the astounding customer service, the jewelry was also much better quality but HALF THE PRICE OF KAYS LAB MADE!!! Please go to Helzberg, you will not be disappointed in the selection.

This was my first time visiting the new location on Maize Road, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The team immediately made me feel welcome — they even offered me a water. They were genuinely interested in who I am, and everyone listened, communicated, and worked together so thoughtfully. The group of women who work at this store are absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling like I had gained a new group of friends — people I can truly trust. They made me feel confident that not only do they care about me as a person, but they also care deeply about the jewelry I love and making sure it is well taken care of. If you’ve shopped at other jewelry stores and already have a favorite, I would still encourage you to give this one a try. You will not be disappointed.

My fiancé passed away on February 10th and I knew the day would come that I would need to have my ring inspected, but I was so emotional about taking it off. I prayed and prayed for the strength and courage to go in to have it done. When I walked in I was met with this beautiful soul named Kat. She was nothing short of God sent. She met me with grace and made the process of transferring the ring from his name to mine seamless and honoring. He intentionally bought not only the engagement ring, but also the wedding band and the care package to ensure their integrity as the years pass. She was very reassuring that the ring would be safe while in their care while they are being soldered together. I thank God he sent her to intercept me today. ♥︎♥︎♥︎
