The following items are eligible for a trade-up through Helzberg Trade-Up Event:

• Natural and lab grown diamond jewelry, including rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and loose stones
• Natural precious gemstones, which includes rubies, sapphires and emeralds, set in gold or platinum
• 10K, 14K, 18K gold jewelry, including rings, earrings, bracelets, chains, and necklaces
• Dana Augustine Collection

All items must be from Helzberg Diamonds with an original paid price of $1,000 or more.

No problem! We should be able to look up your pieces without your original receipt.

Yes! You can trade up one pre-loved Helzberg piece for up to three pieces as long as their total value is two times (2x) the original price of the pre-loved piece.

The following items are excluded and therefore ineligible for a trade-up:

• Non-Helzberg items
• Helzberg items < $1,000
• Moissanite
• Watches
• Demi-fine/vermeil
• Colored stones (EXCEPT natural ruby, sapphire and emerald jewelry in gold or platinum settings)
• Sterling silver necklaces, chains, bracelets, etc
• Alberto Collection

Yes! As long as they follow the eligibility criteria listed above, custom Helzberg pieces are eligible for a trade-up.
