We currently offer free standard shipping with purchases of $99 or more on all orders within the continental U.S. Need it faster? Select Expedited or Express shipping at checkout.

same-day delivery

Select stores offer same-day delivery ($24.95) within 20 miles of your delivery zip code.

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you'll receive communication via email and text message with more specific information. Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) may not arrive until the following day.

Items that do not qualify for same-day delivery include:

  • Rings other than a women's stock size 7 and men's stock size 10

  • Personalized and engraved items

  • Online exclusives

free store pickup

Need a last-minute gift or want to keep things discreet? Shop online and pick up your jewelry for free at your nearest store. With thousands of items available for in-store pickup, it's simple! Just select the "Store Pickup" option and choose your preferred location. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready.

To pick up your purchase, please bring:

  • A valid government or state issued ID
  • The payment method used for the order

If someone else is picking up your order, they’ll need:

  • A valid government or state issued ID
  • The order confirmation email
  • Knowledge of the payment method used (last 4 digits of the credit card)

For items requiring sizing or those shipped to the store, extra time may be needed. The available date will reflect this.

shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

All orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska require additional time to deliver, and will ship via standard delivery. These items cannot be guaranteed to a date and are not eligible for expedited or express delivery.

Our delivery policies ensure your order is safe and worry-free:

  • We require a signature on all deliveries over $1000.

  • There is no reference to Helzberg Diamonds on the outer carton of your package.

  • You are welcome to use different billing and shipping addresses.

free returns and exchanges

We want you to feel the love with your Helzberg Diamonds purchase. So if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition*, along with the receipt, and any physical grading reports that came with the item. Watches must also include the original packaging and manufacturer's warranty documents (please refer to Watch Assurance Plan).

Online Order Returns

  • Call or Chat - Simply call 1-800-435-9237, or click the chat icon, to arrange for a free shipping return label.

  • Store Locations - If you live near any store location they will gladly be able to assist you with your online return.

*Merchandise in unworn, new condition must be free of any signs of wear including, but not limited to, scratches, blemishes, scuffs, etc.

Exceptions to Return Policy

  • All sales of pre-owned merchandise (including Rolex watches) or customized/engraved jewelry are final.

  • Custom design fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned unopened to receive full credit.

  • Gift cards received as a gift with purchase are not returnable.

  • Returns associated with the gift with purchase gift card will be less the gift card amount.

  • Lifetime Care Plan returns are made in accordance with the terms of the Plan.

  • All refunds for purchases, or deposits, will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash, check, or travelers check; We send a check from our corporate office to the address on file for the individual whose name is on the receipt. Please allow 15 business days for mailing.

  • Watches that have been sized are considered final sale.

FOR 12 MONTHS: We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Helzberg Diamonds will repair or replace the item without charge. Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse.
