Amazing experience! The stone on my engagement ring came loose, Dominique was a huge help and Anna was able to tighten it no problems. They gave me some recommendations on how to better the setting so it is stronger and doesn’t come loose anymore. Will definitely be going back for any issues/purchases!

Melissa was fantastic! She showed us what they had in the store. But it was not exactly correct. She spent an hour reviewing what was in the vault and together we decided on two stones. Less than a week later they came in and they were both exactly what we wanted. I chose one and the rest of the process was seamless.
