I brought in my grandmother’s diamond ring to check if it was real, and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did they take the time to carefully examine the ring, but they also polished all my jewelry while I was there, making everything look brand new! Amanda haller was good at her job. She was amazing and guided us with everything.we are so happy with our purchase that we did.she polished it and it came looking so much better than what we saw.we purchased also after that thing to polish our jewelry.overall a great experience with how we where attended by Amanda.

Amanda and the ladies at Aurora Helzberg are so nice and helpful. I recently took my rings to a different Helzberg, and they told me I had a couple of loose stones. But Amanda took the time and showed us it was worse. We got to see my rings under the microscope, which was really neat. Saw the damage up close. Got the rings sent off. While we were waiting, the other ladies were attentive and let us know we could look at or try something on if we wanted to. Everyone was so nice. Thank you again Amanda, can't wait to see my rings back to new!
