Joe and his team are top tier when it comes to customer service. Joe helped me during their upgrade program to custom build me a new engagement ring. He was very patient and understanding with what my dream ring was in my budget without compromising on quality. We built the ring together in the diamond room and I felt like I could truly take my time picking out every little detail. I even ended up custom building my husband a new ring too and it is absolutely perfect. I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years and I will only ever shop here. I love my Helzberg family!!!
