Great customer service! Elias, Dee & Kimberly were very friendly, never pushy & got me a great deal on a ring I fell in love with. I walked in for service on an existing ring. They are in the process of fixing that ring& offered to clean my other ring & my husband. Overall great experience. We’ve been customers for 15 years. Thank you for having an AMAZING staf!!

Two pleasant ladies helped me today, Kim and Dinny :). They worked with me and made a disappointed customer very happy. I recently had my necklace serviced adding a cross. I went in discussed the issue and Kim, Dinny and the jeweler made it right. I’m thankful they heard me out and without hesitation they did the right thing. They also had the jeweler make the adjustment while a waited. Wow! Now that’s making it right! Thank you to a caring staff who listens to their customers and understands what needs to be done to make sure the customer is satisfied. So thankful :)
