Customer service was amazing, very friendly and they will work with you. I bought a rope chain yesterday, the assistant manager Zartaj Shamim assisted me throughout my purchase with ease. Amazing service and beautiful chain as well! They also have an amazing protection plan for the jewelry they sell, lifetime protection for any defects or damages. Highly recommended!!!
