Walked in on a whim to check out a few ring stores. Stopped here first and Lea greeted us with a smile! She helped us find the perfect rings and even suggested ones that we wouldn’t have even considered. The entire experience was so refreshing and in no way did we feel like we were being pushed to buy the most expensive rings that same day. Service was 100/10 from Lea and I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely post a picture/ update when we get our rings in!!!

I have shopped at this Helzberg location several times, so when my son started engagement ring shopping, I suggested he & his girlfriend contact Lea and add this location to their list of places to visit when they go ring shopping. Well, they did and she ultimately found a ring she fell in love with at Helzberg. So, my son decided to apply for credit to take advantage of the 0% finance offer they had rather than pay cash for it outright. He has the means to pay for it, but he wanted to take advantage of the 0% offer. Excellent credit, makes plenty of money, so it wasn't a big deal to fill out an application. Long story short, he was declined due to they couldn't "verify his identity." This was very strange as he is very aware of his credit worthiness and monitors it daily. Nothing is out of the ordinary. We took this situation back to the store level and presented it to Lea. While she could have said "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that" and done nothing at all, that was not the case at all. She took our circumstance and documentation to her management, and got in communication with people higher ranking. She explained that my son is a "real" person and there is nothing wrong or invalid with his identity. Just a few short days later, my son received a phone call from Lea with great news and that he was in fact approved for a credit line with Helzberg. And he can now take advantage of that 0% interest rate if he chooses!! This circumstance just goes to show that Lea really does care about her clients. We're not just another number to her. She went above and beyond for my son. That's not what most people would do. But, that's what stands out about her, because she isn't 'most' people! Being repeat customers of this Helzberg location just solidifies why we continue to do business there. Even if we're just stopping in for a ring inspection, we are still treated like family. Lea, thank you for all your help and for your willingness to always go the extra mile! The level of commitment you give to your clients is paramount and we are so appreciative of you!

Mrs. Kimberly was such a gem! She was exceedingly helpful and super kind and above all; very motivating.
