I’ve been an exclusive customer of this store since 2011. They have treated me so well, their lifetime warranty coverage plans are second to no one. The customer service is outstanding. The store is always clean. The employees always greet me. At this point I would think they are sick of seeing me (just kidding) but seriously I have zero desire to go anywhere else. The quality here is excellent. Everything you need is here. The jewelry is beautiful. The options are unending. Helzberg’s birthstone pieces are so fun. I love this store, may it never close as long as I live. I’m not done buying yet. I’m just a mom & nurse that enjoys collecting little things & attaching sentimental value to them. 10/10 recommend. What an amazing experience! Yudi our sales representative was fantastic. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Extremely professional and he really knows what's he's talking about. I bought my engagement ring and was was great every step of the way. He absolutely made the buying experience well worth it. Steven Harrington at the Brandon, FL location was very polite and professional. He welcomed my husband and I into the store as soon as we walked in, assisted us with our routine cleaning and insurance inspections for our wedding rings, showed us some new merchandise and let us know about upcoming store events.

I created a Google account just so that I could jump on here and give praise & special thanks to the wonderful Thomas K. (Tom) from the Brandon Florida Helzberg Jewelers! My boyfriend and I walked in one day just to view the jewelry. Tom immediately greeted us and asked if there was anything he could assist us with. I had been dreaming of a beautiful pear shaped engagement ring. The store had a few on site, but none that were the carat quality or size that I wanted. Several times, Tom went above and beyond & out of his way to have specific diamonds shipped in for my boyfriend and I to see and try out. He never once showed frustration and was always more than pleasant to work with. We wanted an associate who was not pushy, and Tom fit this bill perfectly! Brandon and I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in building my custom dream engagement ring!!
