Was there with my wife this evening, just wanted to get my gold chains cleaned , as they always take care of me. Allison did a wonderful job. While waiting we decided to look around, and Alison proceeded to show us wedding rings , I was interested in a upgrade for my wife and myself, she was very patient and so helpful showing us so many beautiful rings. She is an amazing sales associate and I hope you all appreciate her! Definitely will tell family and friends about this place!

This is a dream come true.I cannot say enough wonderful things about Helzberg Rosemont (Fashion Outlet), I came in looking for a custom ring for my 40th birthday and the staff esp Alison was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They walked me through every step of the design process without any pressure to overspend. When the final piece was ready, the craftsmanship absolutely took my breath away. It sparkles brilliantly. If you need fine jewelry or a custom piece, this is the absolute best place in town!

My fiance and I Walked in with an idea , Rhonda who turned out to be the manager but came off as just a regular employee. We told her what we wanted and our price range and absolutely nailed it from the very first ring. We entertained more options but she nailed exactly what we wanted with the very first ring. Absolutely approachable , easy going very patient. Made us feel trusted and also even mentally invested in our journey for the perfect ring. Sat us down with all the financial options , zero pressure and full honesty. Thank you Rhonda for making this very hard decision the easiest decision out of all of our wedding plans.
