I have been going to Helzberg for over 10yrs and I only have great things to say about the sevice as well as their products. Jessica is very knowledgeable, not pushy and always suggesting other options. Meeting Cindy today for the first time was a great experience. Very patient, making great suggestions, not pushy and made sure I was getting what I wanted and not forced upon me. The service I receive immediately as I walk in is one of the reasons I always return! I would highly recommend the North Star Mall location to anyone looking for jewelry.

Johnathan was exceptional! He was attentive to what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions. Most importantly, it did not feel like he was just trying to make a sale and was more of him trying to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. I had to get the item resized and it was completed earlier than expected and perfectly done! Excellent customer service in every aspect!

They are amazing, they have so much variety, and their selections are quite unique. I recently bought a rose gold diamond ring, it’s so beautiful but my girlfriend preferred silver. Nonetheless I go over and explained it to Cindy Barrera and she helps me find the right one for her. Thanks to her my girlfriend is happy and so am I. If you want the best prices and quality’s ask for her.

Cindy helped us so much with finding the perfect engagement ring. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of our questions and extremely pacient as we went back and forth trying on various rings over and over. She even took us into the Diamond room to show us our dream diamond under the microscope and made our entire experience incredibly memorable.
